announced to the audience "A stallion showing great expression to his
movement good conformation, a very good horse! Umenno's offspring are eligible
for registration and passports with the SSH and the KWPN Reg B both of which
are fully approved EU and WBSHF studbooks.
Umenno's' foals have all shown very correct conformation. He adds tremendous
elasticity and suppleness to his foals paces, with good self carriage.
Undeniably he improves on mares that are more restricted in their paces,
opening the shoulder action and strengthening the quarters, he generally
improves on weaker mares top lines in particular in the loin area and lower set
necks as is often found in thoroughbred mares. All of his foals to date have
exceptionally loving and gentle characters with sufficient boldness and
braveness without being overly boisterous making them exceedingly easy to work
We have watched
a number of his foals loose schooled over small fences and they have all shown
a special aptitude demonstrating great style, technique and scope. Umenno
should therefore be your number one choice if you are looking for versatility
as it is exceedingly rare that a sire can produce progeny that combine both
extravagant paces suitable for high level dressage and the ability to jump.
The filly foal
Kalimino owned by Debbie Lamb achieved 85 for her trot and 80 for her canter
giving her an overall 80 for movement and 75 for conformation.
In 2005 Umenno's
first crop of foals arrived, the results were very pleasing and all of their
owners have expressed great delight.
In 2006 Umenno's
second crop of foals exceeded all expectations, with two of our home bred colt foals
achieving the much coveted first premiums inspected by the KWPN.
The two home
bred colt foals previously mentioned Bavarnno by Umenno out of Velita our young
ster mare by Goodtimes x Ulft sold to Mark Charlton Walsh and Bazinno by Umenno
out of P.Zermie from the famous Dermie damline sold to Hockwold Lodge Stud also
acheived 1st premiums, achieving 70 for conformation 76 for movement, 73 for
conformation and 80 for movement respectively.

Umenno has been
bred with athleticism in mind. He is an expressive powerful mover with off the
